WHY COACHING?
Colleen works with clients who are navigating life transitions and pivotal turning points, including:
Entering a new chapter of life
The desire for renewed purpose, meaning, and direction
Empty nesting
Loss of a partner or relationship
Career or identity shifts
These are not just logistical changes.
They are invitations.
As we move through life, our priorities shift.
What once drove us may no longer feel aligned.
There is often a deeper calling —
one that asks for more honesty, more presence, and more intentionality.
OFFERINGS
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
In one-on-one coaching, Colleen offers more than a space to reflect.
She offers partnership.
A place where you are not alone in the process —
where someone is walking alongside you,
helping you see what may be outside your current view.
Together, you will:
Identify patterns and cycles that may be shaping your experience
Bring awareness to where your attention is going — and where it might shift
Clarify your values, goals, and priorities
Develop meaningful strategies and grounded next steps
Build accountability that supports real movement forward
This is not passive work.
It is a dynamic process of noticing, naming, and, when needed, interrupting the cycles that no longer serve you.
Colleen acts as both a mirror and a guide —
helping you recognize patterns you may not yet see,
and supporting you as you choose what comes next.
GROUP & ORGANIZATIONAL COACHING
Colleen also works with groups, partnerships, and organizations — bringing her coaching approach into shared spaces where dynamics, communication, and collective direction matter.
Drawing from her extensive background across industries — including entertainment, production, fashion, real estate, design, and project management — she brings both emotional intelligence and strategic insight to group work.
In these settings, Colleen helps participants:
Navigate relational dynamics and communication patterns
Identify shared goals and aligned direction
Increase awareness of group cycles and behaviors
Foster accountability within teams and partnerships
Create space for more honest, open, and productive dialogue
Her role is both facilitator and guide — supporting the group in becoming more connected, more aware, and more effective together.
Because sometimes the most meaningful change begins not with having the answers — but with entering into a different kind of conversation.
