about Colleen

Colleen Dolan brings more than twenty years of experience guiding people through change, reinvention, and growth.

She has lived through many of the transitions her clients now face:

career evolution, raising and launching children,

conscious uncoupling and co-parenting,

re-entering relationships, navigating betrayal,

and rebuilding after profound and unexpected loss.

These experiences are not separate from her work.

They are part of the lens she brings to it.

Colleen understands, in a deeply lived way, what it means when life changes direction — and what it takes to find your footing again, not by returning to what was, but by stepping into what is now possible.

Raised throughout both the United States and Canada before ultimately landing in Los Angeles, Colleen developed an early appreciation for the ways environment, community, and place shape our lives.

Her career began in the entertainment industry as a talent agent, working with some of the world’s leading cinematographers. In that role, she learned the art of advocacy, communication, and guiding others through pivotal professional moments.

Over time, her path expanded into coaching, producing, and operational leadership — including project and people management across multiple industries.

What It's Like to Work With Colleen

Colleen is a certified coach (ICF) with over fifteen years of formal training, and her work is informed by:

  • Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching

  • Psychological frameworks

  • Principles of manifestation, attention, intention, and mindset

  • And her certification in Conversational Leadership with David Whyte

Across all of her work, one quality remains constant:

Her ability to listen deeply, ask truly invitational questions, and reflect back what others cannot yet see for themselves.

In addition to her one-on-one coaching, Colleen leads retreats and group experiences, guiding individuals and communities through shared processes of reflection, connection, and transformation.

Her work in these spaces draws on her background across industries — from entertainment and production to design, real estate, and leadership — allowing her to skillfully hold both the individual and the collective.

She serves as a facilitator, a conversation leader, and a guide — helping people step more fully into presence, purpose, and possibility.

At the center of Colleen’s work is a simple, enduring belief:

When we become willing to pause, to pay attention, and to ask a different kind of question — a new way forward begins to reveal itself.
